WFW!!!!

 I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS
                                               I am with you always,
                                                Never have a fear,
When you feel the most alone,
                                             Remember I am here.
I have cried as you have cried,

                                              Many times before,
I have had a broken heart,
                                            Yes, and so much more.
                                            I have known betrayal,

                                           Of the cruelest kind,
                                       So sweep away the bitterness,
And put it from your mind.
                                       And let us walk together,

                                       Through the twilights glow,
For I have felt as you do now,
                                     Dear child, I know … I know.
                                          I am with you always,

                                           You are not alone,
My love for you is endless,
                                       Because you are My own.
                                And through your darkest hours,

                                           You will find Me near,
Nor will your crosses ever be,
Too great for you to bear.
AMEN

TWO ROUGH WEEKS!!

Wow this has been tough around my house the last two weeks!! Me and my youngest have been sick passing it back and forth.  This is first season I ever had a flu shot and cant remember the last time I was sick this long???  Don't think I want to get the shot next season.

I had strep throat last week, which I had gotten from my little guy cause he had soar throat.  Was feeling a bit better Saturday, then Sunday went down hill on my husbands birthday!  I started feeling really bad at our shop and slept all the way home. We were suppose to pick up boys and take hubby to dinner for birthday. Well didn't happen because I was so sick. Same on Valentines Day sick!!  Still not feeling good coughing to the point my throat feels on fire.

Had to take our little guy to Dr. because he has been getting fevers every night for last three nights and said he hears bubbling in his ear and one was hurting. Well he has ear infection in both ears and in the one ear the ear drum busted from the fluid. So he is on an antibiotic now.

Praying hubby and other two boys don't get anything me and little one have had and passed.  I'm so ready for spring and warmth so over winter and the sickness!!!

A Walk With Jesus!

A Walk With Jesus

If you could take a walk with Jesus
If He could spend some time with you,
Would you walk through fields of flowers,
Sprinkled with the morning dew?

If you could take a walk with Jesus,
Would you walk beside the sea?
Or, would you walk out in the forest
So you could rest beneath the trees?

If you could take a walk with Jesus,
What would you say to him?
Would you spend the time complaining,
About your family and your friends?

If you could take a walk with Jesus,
Would you grumble about your job?
Would you choose your words with caution,
As you walked with the Son of God?

Now before you give your answer,
Give careful thought to what you'll say.
Though you may not have noticed,
Jesus walked with you today.

Mary Had The Little Lamb

Mary Had The Little Lamb
Mary had the little Lamb, who lived before His birth;
Self-existent Son of God, from Heaven He came to Earth.
Micah 5:2

Mary had the little Lamb; see Him in yonder stall --
Virgin-born Son of God, to save man from the Fall.
Isaiah 7:14

Mary had the little Lamb, obedient Son of God;
Everywhere the Father led, His feet were sure to trod.
John 6:38

Mary had the little Lamb, crucified on the tree
The rejected Son of God, He died to set men free.
1 Peter 1:18

Mary had the little Lamb -- men placed Him in the grave,
Thinking they were done with Him; to death He was no slave!
Matthew 28:6

Mary had the little Lamb, ascended now is He;
All work on Earth is ended, our Advocate to be.
Hebrews 4:14-16

Mary had the little Lamb -- mystery to behold!
From the Lamb of Calvary, a Lion will unfold.
Revelation 5: 5,6

When the Day Star comes again, of this be very sure:
It won't be Lamb-like silence, but with the Lion's roar.
Psalm 2:12
Revelation 19:11-16

The Tale of Three Trees

Once upon a mountain top, three little trees stood and dreamed of what they wanted to become when they grew up.

The first little tree looked up at the stars twinkling like diamonds above him. "I want to hold treasure," he said. "I want to be covered with gold and filled with precious stones. I will be the most beautiful treasure chest in the world!"

The second little tree looked out at the small stream trickling by on its way to the ocean. "I want to be a strong sailing ship," he said. "I want to travel mighty waters and carry powerful kings. I will be the strongest ship in the world!"

The third little tree looked down into the valley below where busy men and busy women worked in a busy town. "I don't want to leave this mountain top at all," she said. "I want to grow so tall that when people stop to took at me they will raise their eyes to heaven and think of God. I will be the tallest tree in the world!"

Years passed. The rains came, the sun shone, and the little trees grew tall.

One day three woodcutters climbed the mountain.

The first woodcutter looked at the first tree and said, "This tree is beautiful. It is perfect for me." With a swoop of his shining ax, the first tree fell.

"Now I shall be made into a beautiful chest," thought the first tree. "I shall hold wonderful treasure."

The second woodcutter looked at the second tree and said, "This tree is strong. It is perfect for me." With a swoop of his shining ax, the second tree fell.

"Now I shall sail mighty waters," thought the second tree. "I shall be a strong ship fit for kings!"

The third tree felt her heart sink when the last woodcutter looked her way. She stood straight and tall and pointed bravely to heaven.

But the woodcutter never even looked up. "Any kind of tree will do for me," he muttered. With a swoop of his shining ax, the third tree fell.

The first tree rejoiced when the woodcutter brought him to a carpenter's shop, but the busy carpenter was not thinking about treasure chests. Instead his work-worn hands fashioned the tree into a feed box for animals.

The once-beautiful tree was not covered with gold or filled with treasure. He was coated with sawdust and filled with hay for hungry farm animals.

The second tree smiled when the woodcutter took him to a shipyard, but no mighty sailing ships were being made that day. Instead the once-strong tree was hammered and sawed into a simple fishing boat.

Too small and too weak to sail an ocean or even a river, he was taken to a little lake. Every day he brought in loads of dead, smelly fish.

The third tree was confused when the woodcutter cut her into strong beams and left her in a lumberyard.

"What happened?" the once-tall tree wondered. "All I ever wanted to do was stay on the mountain top and point to God."

Many, many days and nights passed. The three trees nearly forgot their dreams.

But one night golden starlight poured over the first tree as a young woman placed her newborn baby in the feed box.

"I wish I could make a cradle for him," her husband whispered.

The mother squeezed his hand and smiled as the starlight shone on the smooth and sturdy wood. "This manger is beautiful," she said.

And suddenly the first tree knew he was holding the greatest treasure in the world.

One evening, many years later, a tired traveler and his friends crowded into the old fishing boat. The traveler fell asleep as the second tree quietly sailed out into the lake.

Soon a thrashing storm arose. The little tree shuddered. He knew he did not have the strength to carry so many passengers safely through the wind and rain.

The tired man awakened. He stood up, stretched out his hand, and said, "Peace, be still!" The storm stopped as quickly as it had begun.

And suddenly the second tree knew he was carrying the King of heaven and earth.

One Friday morning, the third tree was startled when her beams were yanked from the forgotten woodpile. She flinched as she was carried through an angry, jeering crowd. She shuddered when soldiers nailed a man's hands to her.

She felt ugly and harsh and cruel.

But on Sunday morning, when the sun rose and the earth trembled with joy beneath her, the third tree knew that God's love had changed everything.

It had made the first tree beautiful.

It had made the second tree strong.

And every time people thought of the third tree, they would think of God.

That was better than being the tallest tree in the whole world

Love to give!!!

I just have to share because my heart is just so excited. First let me share my husband and I have wanted to be able to help others at Christmas for years and years now and always said if we ever would come into money we would reach out to other.

Well with us working and having our on booth at a flee market that we been working every weekend. Thant little extra we have we are putting towards helping others. I had got online looked up local homes or shelter for woman and children. I found one but their family's had more than enough help this year but they gave me number of another shelter and they could use the help. I'm so excited!!!

Their are three mothers one with a 2 year old, one with a 1 and 2 year old and the other with a 8 and 11 year old. We are going to help each of those family. Our hearts is so over joyed that God has provide a way for us to give something its not a lot but its something.

We are going to make each family up a box filled with everyday needs soaps, shampoos, deoderant, baby wipes for the ones with young ones, toothpaste and that kind stuff. Then for the mothers as gifts we have makeup gift sets, with foundations, powders, eyeliner, mascares, blush etc. Also lotions and shower gel gift sets. The kids we are getting a wrapped gift, a gift bag and a stocking. If enough money we would like to get them each a gift card to take their family to dinner. These women have been homeless and have thought of giving there children up so they could have a better life, but this house they are in supply them with different classes getting them on their feet and how to live, so they don't have to do that. Isn't that awesome. I'm so looking forward to meeting these women and pray that God uses my family to minister as we are giving more than gifts but bring Gods love to them. What I love is that our boys will all be helping getting this together and they get to see what it is to give and even though we have had tough times ourselves in the past, their is someone always worse off, so be thankful for all that you have. I want them to continue to reach out and help others and spread Gods love.

So pray we can pull this all together and pray for these three women and their children.

Also maybe you can reach out to someone who may need help or just someone needs to see Gods love and that people do care. I ask you to pass it forward this season. Things we also do is give a waiter or waitress and extra big tip they are not expecting  or make cookies for local fire dept or police dept. pay for the car behind you in line at a drive through. These are things we have done and its such a blessing let me tell you. There are so many things you could do!!!!!!!!

His Rejection, My Reward

I have labored to no purpose: I have spent my strength in vain and for nothing. Yet what is due me is in the Lord's hand, and my reward is with my God (Isaiah 49:4)

Should we expect rejection whenever we do anything for God's kingdom? Yes
And should we expect reward? Yes, that too. But rejection and reward, as the prophet tells us, come from completely different sources.
In today's Scripture, Isaiah previews the coming and mission of God's suffering servant, the Messiah. In response to God's,formulated in response to the acts of people in Genesis 3, the Savior would come to bring God's people back to himself. The New Testament reveals how perfectly Jesus did the job. Yet His ministry was that of both triumph and rejection. He excelled in the task appointed Him by His Father. But the rejection of his people led Him to the ultimate sacrifice.
In all of this, here is what warms my heart:"It is finished"(John 19:30)-Jesus' last statement before death-isn't a cry for defeat. It is a cry of triumph, since the rejected one now has the reward:" all authority in Heaven and on earth:(Mathew 28:18)

Lord, let me truly believe this triumph today, demonstrated through every thought, word, and deed!!In your Holy name I pray. Amen.

I'm Back!!!!

I finally up and running again lol. I have been so busy for last couple months, still am but going to make time for some blogging. Let me start with why I haven't been around.

Let see it my oldest boys Senior year which is very exciting and sad at the same time. He plays Varsity Football and had a lot going on with that. Then my husband and I work on the weekends now, we have a booth at a very large well know flee market which I love! Then in September I finally went to Dr. for some skin issue that I had been dealing with for almost a year and a half, that caused me so much pain the I did nothing. So when you do nothing you put on weight. Well I couldn't take it no more, the pain was worse than the fear of Doctors and not having a life. After going they had me do blood work, I had gained so much weight that I was ashamed, My blood work came back that I was a diabetic. Well I cried and cried. I hate taking meds. and they put me on them also gave me meds to help with my skin.
Well once the skin cleared up and I was able to start getting back to me, I started losing weight getting my energy back and things have been going great. On my first check up I had lost 9 pounds, my second which also included more blood work I had lost 22 pounds and my blood work all came back good!!!!!!!! Oh I was PRAISING JESUS in her office. So if my next two visit are good and blood work still good I can be off the meds!!! Praise God!!!!!! And since last Monday at my visit I have lost another three pounds so with Gods help I'm on the right track!!!!!

So that's a little of whats been going on with me. I will be posting a couple times a week when I can, and hopefully getting in to read some friends blogs that I truly miss. I pray you all are doing wonderful, and are ready for CHRISTmas!!!

God Bless
Michele

Happy Fathers Day to the two Blessings in my life

Me and my Daddy

My hero is the quiet type,
No marching bands, no media hype,
But through my eyes it's plain to see,
A hero, God has sent to me.

With gentle strength and quiet pride,
All self-concern is set aside,
To reach out to his fellow man,
And be there with a helping hand.
Heroes are a rarity,
A blessing to humanity.
With all they give and all they do,
I'll bet the thing you never knew,
My hero has always been you.
My wonderful husband and our boys!

So thankful for the two men God has put in my life!!!
Wishing all you daddys out there a
Happy Fathers Day!

Busy Busy Busy

I have been a busy busy week, since school has been out. Have been running for football practice, church, hanging more with friends and my mom that I have some time waiting on football to be over. Sunday was so much fun we had church which was great and after we decorated for VBS  which starts tonight.

We had a lot to do because our gym had flooded because of all the rain we have had last couple days, and smells pretty bad, so we moved stuff around in some of the other rooms and got everything worked out.
